Back to December - Taylor Swift
happening friday (: went to panjang for mahjong~ this time jioed by the most unexpected 1 haha.
den went down to bugis to nua, mac'ed, arcade'd, spam food (: yada yada, even played 3 rounds of my old favourite ps1 game. super puzzle fighters II at the arcade ^^ .
den headed over to timah for LAN with others. haha met over 10 ppl over there. guess singapore is small~
fuckers i didnt wanna meet, i did too. the gals hair like lesser also, guess uni stress hahahaa.
den played till 330am and cabbed home~ think im going to sleep now nite~

This game is Nier , a PS3 game
which i bought yesterday from a guy online. he was letting it go @ $30 which i thought was a steal. so ya~
It is the most touching, as in heart-touching game i have ever played, seriously.
The voice acting was very solid, you CAN NEVER ever hear me praising ENGLISH voice dubbing, until now. which means it is really damn nice.
More importantly, this game is about a loving father, searching the entire world for a cure just for his daughter. this point was brought forth the entire game, the love his daughter showed was very warming too.
Nier & Yonah
there are monsters called shades in which he fights. these monsters are then known to be hold the key to the cure of his daughter's disease.
the story unfolds very well, in which i give full marks, having TOTALLY unimaginable turns of events, i swear. it makes me really say the words " what the fuck?! " out in real life while playing.
Fighting a Boss~
The first actual story begins at a village, where he stays with his daughter.
the game first makes you to do menial tasks and errants in which Nier, a warrior, does not mind BUT he feels very grateful, doing everything for the sake of small cash to buy medicine and take care of his daughter. it is really shown everything he does, is for her, Yonah~
their loading screens are pages from his Yonah's diary, so the story is told from different angles & very emotionally.
the game really needs to be played to appreciated, haha.
& of course, he has allies, a boy & a 'girl'.

Her name is Kaine, a very vulgar character, fierce but COOL. i really like her personality. man..
but she is actually possessed by a 'shade' monster and that she is actually a hermaphrodite, having both male & female reproductive organs... (only confirmed and reviewed totally @ later part of game)
told ya the game has many twists ): !!!!!
ohya, i forgotten totally about the book, called Grimoire Weiss, a damn guailan book who can talk and gives Nier magical support powers.
and about the boy.. he sacrificed himself at the end, and i dont care about him so ya x:
ALSO, this game has WONDERFUL MUSIC, one of the best OSTs in the entire PS3 or should i say, RPG community.

*i highly reccomend this game, but it cannot be played by people with no soul. esp those who do not appreciate music & friendship/relationships with anyone~
